Opportunities for Affordable Workforce Housing

The lack of affordable workforce housing has become a major barrier for our local businesses, non-profits, and government operations. LION found our niche to address this challenge by working with HSN.  Our role is to connect LION members with local homeowners seeking loans to improve or add to their property in order to provide affordable housing for people who work here.  Please visit HSN’s Share our Spaces to learn about the many ways you can create affordable workforce housing in Jefferson County.
